We are a family owned and run organization that has been in Chile since 2001. Our aim is to create more awareness about Chile including its language and culture, sharing this throughout the world.
We take pride in the quality of what we do. Most of our students arrive here by recommendation since we go out of our way to make our students' experiences here in Chile positive and rewarding ones.
Woodward is one of the few educational institutions in Chile that has the NCh2728 Quality Certificate recommended by the Chilean government (this is based on the ISO9001:2000 Quality Certificate only being different by that fact that it is solely focused on Education) AND the International ISO9001:2008 Quality Certificate.
The owners are very accessible for anything you may need and can often be found around the institute chatting to students (and even playing table tennis with them). Feel free to talk to them about any extra help you may need with Spanish or even your trip through Chile and South America.
We ourselves have experience learning other languages and being in a country where we don't know their language. We know exactly what it's like to be in this type of situation and the types of things you need to know in order to get by (and basically survive without getting into too much trouble). That's why we teach you what you really need to know to get by and enjoy your time here, things which often cannot be found in any typical Spanish book.
Our courses are very personalized. Each student is treated like an individual with their own needs and wants. That is one of the reasons why we choose to have a maximum or six students per class, and many times we try to make it even more personal with only one or two in the class. Why do we do this? Because we really want our students to advance as quickly as possible.
Woodward is a member of AREI Chile.
AREI Chile is the Association of International Education and Exchange Representatives in Chile that has the support of the embassies of United States, Canada, Britain, Australia and New Zealand.
